The CORPORATE IMAGE

In the Information Age the corporate image has never been more important. No doubt many can recall hardware, and software companies that have come and for the most part gone. The responsibility of formulating the right multi-media image of a company to the public at large is integral to future success. This is due to the fact that shareholders, partners, and potential clients judge a company's abilities often by first impression. Since their first impression can be their external web sites this can make or break a corporation sometimes overnight. Those responsible for external image must therefore implement the best outlook possible to the world at large. Here setting standards, developing guidelines can maximize impact and prevent possible disasterous results. This module of the team would work closely with the other modules to ensure a tight, uniform, presentation. They would also be required to call upon the corporate infrastructure for direction. This could include such departments as legal, marketing, sales, and web publishing services depending on the project(s) in question. Senior executives would be needed to be accessible, cooperative, and informative to create the right chemistry for success in the integration of the product(s). Here it is important to allow the talent to shine on through. Ultimately the more informed the module is in regards to what image is desired will produce the greatest rewards. This is best achieved with a calculated interactive approach. The key being to have the main developer(s) aware of exactly what is wanted.
