Dedicated to history's great inventors whose winged imaginations allowed mankind to dare to dream.
From humble beginnings long since forgotten the human race has had a ingenuity for invention. This ability to invent has given us more knowledge of not only our environment but also our very existance. In turn this accumulated knowledge has produced the ability to create new inventions. Such inventions as the rocket, taoism, advanced plastics, and electronics, has allowed mankind to search the very stars for knowledge beyond our own native blue planet. The computer age itself relies on so many inventions that it can be said that it's lifeblood is invention. Where this will ultimately lead no soothsayer or techno wizard can predict as science fiction and reality begins to blur. Anyone from anyplace can now travel from the comfort of their own home to any land however strange. This in itself would have perhaps amazed even the legendary Jules Verne the inventor of science fiction if he were around today. Inventions abound and surround our modern world making our lives hopefully better in some way. The telephone now a given has evolved arguably from such inventions as early as smoke signals and morse code. (When you think of it the signals produced from a signal fire produce recognizable patterns that can be interpreted visually just as the signals produced by modern electrical transmitters can be unraveled.) The "GREAT INVENTIONS" Page will evolve to house some of the most amazing inventions of man. These will be the expected at times with every attempt made to keep things rolling onward. This site will be updated on a regular basis so stay tune on your webwidth for new additions as they are electronically rocketed or and launched to a viewer near you.
Here you can obtain keepsakes of great inventions of the past. There is a brief history related to specific inventions to maintain balance.
